Murals Archive

The Associate Provost for Faculty Development convened the Zimmerman Murals Planning Committee to facilitate a campus and community discussion on how to confront the matter of the Adam's "Three people's" murals in the west wing of Zimmerman Library. This committee was formed in response to serve decades of student, staff, and faculty protesting concerning the murals' representations of New Mexicans. The committee helped plan a course which was offered in the Spring 2018 semester, open to anybody to attend and participate.
